If you're not satisfied after trying the product for the first time, simply contact our customer support or message us on our official FB account within 7 days of receiving your order.
No questions asked. We’ll process a full refund for you.

 

How It Works:

  1. Contact LivBalance Customer Support or message us on our official FB account to activate your "7-Day Satisfaction Refund."

  2. Send back the unused product or even the empty packaging. Once received, we’ll initiate the refund process.
    Refunds are typically completed within 5 business days.

 

Please Note:

  1. This guarantee applies to your first-time purchase of each product only. Repeat purchases of the same item are not eligible for a satisfaction refund.

  2. If any free gifts included with your order have been opened or used, they will be considered part of your satisfaction trial—but their value is not included in the refund.

  3. The 7-Day Satisfaction Refund is a special policy of LivBalance. We reserve the right to verify and make final decisions regarding eligibility.
