1. How to Join

  1. Purchase any LivBalance product between December 1–31, 2025 on any official sales channel (online or physical store).

  2. After purchasing, register here, or scan the QR code.

  3. Complete the registration form with accurate details. 

  4. One (1) purchase = One (1) raffle entry. Multiple purchases = multiple entries.

2. Valid Entries

  1. Only orders that are fully paid and not returned/refunded will be counted as valid raffle entries.

  2. Fake, incomplete, duplicate, or suspicious registrations may be rejected without prior notice.

  3. All entries must be submitted on or before December 31, 2025 (11:59 PM PHT).

3. Agreement

  1. Participants also agree that LivBalance and its authorized partners may collect and use personal information (e.g., name, mobile number, email) for raffle management, winner verification, prize coordination, and promo notifications.

  2. LivBalance reserves the right to cancel the winning entry if a participant is found to have violated any rules or engaged in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

4. Raffle Draw & Announcement

  1. The raffle draw will be conducted on January 1 after the promo period.

  2. The winner will be announced on the LivBalance Website

  3. LivBalance will notify the winner via SMS or email. 

  4. The winner must respond within 7 days from the announcement/notification date. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and LivBalance may select a new winner.

5. Prize Claiming

  1. The winner must present a valid government-issued ID and proof of purchase (screenshot of receipt or order confirmation).

  2. If the winner is below 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must accompany them and present valid identification.

  3. The prize cannot be exchanged, converted to cash, or transferred to another person.

  4. LivBalance will shoulder the prize cost but not personal expenses incurred for claiming (if any).

  5. Delivery will be arranged only within the Philippines.

6. Taxes & Compliance

  1. For prizes exceeding legal thresholds, applicable taxes will be handled according to Philippine law.

  2. Failure to comply with requirements (if applicable) may lead to forfeiture of the prize.

7. Rights & Limitations

  1. LivBalance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promo due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, system issues, emergencies).

  2. In case of disputes, LivBalance’s decision is final.

  3. By joining, participants allow LivBalance to use their name, photo, and participation details for marketing, winner announcements, and promotional materials without additional compensation.

8. Fraud & Violations

  1. Any attempt to cheat (fake orders, duplicate accounts, manipulated entries, bots, etc.) will lead to automatic disqualification.

  2. Damaging or attempting to disrupt the promo system may result in legal action.
